She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kuzins and Josephine Kuzins (Rudlovchak); her sons, Patrick J. Casey and Michael R. Casey; and her brother Lawrence Kuzins.
She is survived by: her children, Karen A. Casey-Jones (Charles) and Thomas J. Casey; her sister-in-law Loretta Kuzins; her daughter-in-law Marcia Casey; her grandchildren, Ryan, Lauren, Scott Casey, Kevin (Jen) and Charles Jones (Debbie); her great grandchildren, Kira Casey, Hannah Jones and Finn Jones; and her cousin Phillip Kollar (Donna). She is also survived by nieces and nephews and cousins.
