She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cortazzo and Marion Cortazzo (Karlock); and her husband Dale Malone. She is survived by: her daughter Kristina O'Daniel (Phil) of Evansville, IN; and her siblings, Daniel Cortazzo (Virginia McCracken), Gregory Cortazzo (Valerie) and Carol Cortazzo (Beth Yeskey). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
