She was predeceased by : her husband Emil Lock; her sister Joyce Craig (Don); her parents, John G. Johnson and Edna Johnson (Allen); and her siblings, William Richard, James D. Thompson, Donna Crosby, Margaret Black, John Edgar, Walter, Shirley, Ronald, Charles, Etta, Eugene, Frank, Doris and Louis Johnson.
She is survived by : her daughters, Sally Jo Lock (Donna Posa) of Florida and Jennie Adkins (late Michael Ray) of Pikeville; and her siblings, Thomas Johnson (Loretta) and Ruth Bewley (late Jesse). She is also survived by numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
