He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Bard and Edna Arvilla Bard (Decker); and his sister Normalee Anderson. He is survived by: his wife Patti J. Bard (Souders); and his sisters, Donna Gordon of Needmore, PA, Joan Lamberson of York, PA and Pat Hutchison. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, May 20th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Howard L. Sipes Funeral Home Inc. (873 Lincoln Way E, Mcconnellsburg, PA 17233). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Sideling Hill Christian Cemetery.
