He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Jr. Overly and Grace Overly (Krepps). He is survived by: his wife Lorraine A. Overly (VanDyke); his children, Matthew Lominski of Harrisville, Eli Overly of Harrisville, Robert Overly of Prospect and Jazmine Overly of Butler; and his siblings, Garry Overly (Sue) of West Sunbury, Linda Plunkard of Prospect and Dan Overly (Kim) of Karns City. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
