James C. Getz Obituary

We are sad to announce that, on December 18, 2025, at the age of 96, James C. Getz of Hastings, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles U. Getz and Mildred Getz (Campbell). He is survived by: his children, Deborah DVorsak (Tony) of Beaver Falls, Charles Getz (Donna) of Beaver Falls and James Getz (Kathy) of Revloc; his grandchildren, Gretchen, Scott (Molly), Brian (Aubrey), KathyJo and Carrie; and his great grandchildren, Natalie, Madeleine, Luke, Finley and Cooper. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in James' honor to the Hastings Public Library or to the Hastings Community Pool.
