He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Hertzog and Bonnie Hertzog (Lane); and his grandmother Elvena Lane. He is survived by: his siblings, Edward Hertzog of Patton and Leanne Hertzog of Carrolltown. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
