She was predeceased by: her mother Florence Politowski; her daughter Cynthia Newton; and her sister Christine Erick. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Newton and Dale Newton; her sister Joan Vicari; her daughter-in-law Gerlinde Newton; and her granddaughter Melissa Newton. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
