He was predeceased by: his mother Guillermina Murcia. He is survived by: his father Rogelio Hernandez; his wife Elizabeth Hernandez; his sons, Kevin La Torre and Keith Hernandez; and his brothers, Ozzy Hernandez and Eddie Hernandez.
