He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel John and Viola Marie Topper. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Topper; his children, James Topper (Kim), Joanne Chiccarine (David) of Upper Gwynedd and Stephen Topper (Becca); his grandchildren, Erin, Riley, Emma, Jack, Elyse and Cameron; and his brother Richard Topper (Rose) of Glenside. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
After Bob's long journey with prostate cancer, his family requests donations in his memory be made to the Make-A-Wish Foundation (https://wish.org) or The Breathing Room, groups who have supported the Topper family for many years.
