He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Gallagher and Barbara F. Gallagher (Messec); his sister Donna; and his wife Janis M. Gallagher (Lucia). He is survived by: his children, Thomas A. Gallagher, Jr. and Theresa Halczak; his grandsons, Christopher and Jason Halczak; his great grandchild Micah Halczak; and his brothers, George Gallagher and Stephen Gallagher (Kathy). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Tom's name to the Morris Animal Refuge, 1242 Lombard Street, Philadelphia, PA 19147.
