He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Penecale and Millie Penecale. He is survived by: his children, Vince Penecale (Michele), Gina DiSantis (Tom) and Paul Penecale (Lynette); his sister Josephine Terrenzio (late Louis); his grandchildren, Gianna, Salvatore Penecale, Dana, Angelina, Mia DiSantis and Scotlynn Penecale; and his great grandchild Jaxon.

In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory can be made to the Asplundh Cancer Pavilion, 3941 Commerce Ave., Willow Grove, PA 19090.
