He was predeceased by : his parents, Edward A. Blackwell and Anna T. Blackwell; and his brother Robert Blackwell. He is survived by : his wife Patricia J. Blackwell; his siblings, Delores Mohr, Rev. Edward A. Blackwell Jr., Mary Ellen Banas (Gary) and Joseph C. Blackwell (Susan); his father-in-law Robert Felte Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Bob Felte Jr. (Patricia), Richard Felte (Donna), Kathy Blackwell, Cheryl Borghi (Carlo) and Michele Hansen. He is also survived by his many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
