Blakely left this world on December 15, 2025 at the age of 89, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Though Blakely may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Blakely touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He was predeceased by: his wife Elizabeth Neal (Kulp); his parents, Arthur Neal and Margaret Neal (Kline); and his sister Mary Livezy. He is survived by: his son Bruce Neal of Hatfield; and his grandson Michael Neal (Trisha) of Hatfield. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
