He was predeceased by: his parents, William Allspach and Norma Allspach (Chapman); and his brother William Allspach, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ellen Allspach (Collins); his son Toby Allspach of Coopersburg; his stepchildren, Ronald Enslin (Sharon) of Warminster, PA, Rob Enslin (Carla) of Conowingo, MD and Laurie Jakavick of Warrington; and his brother Dale Allspach of Fort Myers, FL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
