She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonio Prattico and Maria Crea Prattico; her husband Anthony L. DeFazio; her brother-in-law William Malizia; her children-in-law, James Barrett and Vickie McSwain DeFazio; and her great grandchild Georgia Barrett.
She is survived by: her siblings, Joseph, Anthony, Joseph J (Carolyn), James Prattico (Alice) and Frances Warden (Lloyd); her children, Victoria Barrett (Tim Gdovin) of Scranton, PA, Peter DeFazio of Glenmoore, PA and Michael DeFazio (Claire) of Hatfield, PA; her grandchildren, Anthony Barrett (Christina), David Barrett, Patrick Barrett (Danielle), Bryan DeFazio, Aubrey Vila (Christopher) and Adam DeFazio; her great grandchildren, Preston, Maeve, Margaret, Ruby and Penelope Barrett; and her sister-in-law Theresa Malizia (DeFazio). She is also survived by cousins, nieces, and nephews.
