She is survived by: her husband Robert Kirkpatrick; her daughter Wendy L. Spachman; her grandchildren, Derek R. Spachman (Thrivignya), Allison E. Spachman, Grace K. Spachman (Zach Gawronski) and Kenneth C. Spachman Jr.; her stepsons, David Kirkpatrick (Marcy) and Lee Kirkpatrick (Georgi); and her stepgrandchildren, Jeffrey Kirkpatrick (Mary), Pamela Gordon (Jerard), Sara Roberts (Patrick) and Joshua Kirkpatrick (Ashley).
