He was predeceased by: his parents, William Taber and Ardelle Taber (Tawney); and his brother William Taber. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Taber (Walker); his children, Ryan Taber (Stephanie) of Woodbridge, VA and Christy DeMartino (Tim) of Mechanicsburg, PA; his stepchildren, Joseph Mongan (Lisa) of Lansdale, Sandra Markley (Chris) of Hatfield and Beth Mongan of Lansdale; and his grandchildren, Brandon, Kai, Luke, Hailey, Caiden, Grayson, Aubrey and Estella.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Huff & Lakjer Funeral Home (701 Derstine Ave, Lansdale, PA 19446). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, November 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made in Mike's memory to Tunnel To Towers Foundation, 2361 Hylan Blvd., Staten Island, NY 10306.
