He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Winter and Juliet Winter (McAleese); and his wife Peggy Dolan-Winter (Fonder). He is survived by: his children, Carol Robbins (Randy), Lori Meszaros (Joe), Jesse Winter, Sean Winter (Donna), Susan Mondovich (Paul), Heather Weiner (John) and Tara Winter; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Samantha, Taylor, Nicole, Joe, Alexis, Ryan, Sean Jr., Marissa, Andrea, Andrew, Kait, Jonny, David, Josh, Grace, Hannah, Deanna and Derian. He is also survived by sixteen great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Bethel Baptist Church at the above-mentionned address.
