Robert H. Tanis Obituary
We announce the death of Robert H. Tanis of Hatfield, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 26, 2026, at the age of 95. Robert will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Tanis (Koman); his brother Hank; his sister-in-law Shirley Tanis; and his great-niece Erica Joyce Hendricks. He is survived by: his father Henry Tanis; his wife Conny J. Tanis (Hughan) of Hatfield; his children, Chad Tanis (Carolyn) of Hatfield, Bryan Tanis (Kristin) of Hatfield and Lynda Harger (Bob) of Harleysville, PA; and his sisters-in-law, Margie Hughan (Mike Bochey) and Debby Hendricks (Steve). He is also survived by grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
