He is survived by: his wife Shirley Goetter (Kratz); his sons, Glenn Goetter (Iris), Rudy Goetter (Lisa) and Mark Goetter (Kristin); and his brother Herman Goetter. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
