She was predeceased by: her husband Louis Franklin Finley, Jr.; her parents, Albert Houston "A. H." Waddle and Pearl Waddle (Porterfield); her stepmother Mildred Waddle; and her siblings, Aaron, Haskell, Herley Waddle, Marillo Adcock and Marilene White.
She is survived by: her children, Dr. Rockwell "Rocky" Finley (Brenda) of Harleysville, PA, Ronald "Ron" Finley (Barb) of Souderton, PA, Tanya Burge (Edgar "Eddie") of Warminster, PA and Debra Rodgers (Robert "Bob") of Hatfield, PA.; and her grandchildren, Robert, Caris, Breana, Franklin, Joel, Joseph, Lauren, Patrick, Vanessa and Matthew. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren, and several cousins, nieces, nephews.
