Jack Flanagan wrote a sympathy message

“So sorry to hear about Matt's passing. He and I were friends at Haverford College, and actually roomed together our sophomore year just off campus, along with Paul Schroy. I remember how much Matt loved playing basketball, Delmonico steaks and 50's music. I regret we never reconnected post-college after we went on our separate ways and paths. As soon as Haverford sent out the notice, I started getting calls from other of Matt's former friends from the 'Ford. Hope you hear from others too.”
