She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Armand L. Bernabei and Theresa Bernabei; and her brother Dr. Armand "Corky" Bernabei. She is survived by: her husband Raymond "Ken" Kohl; her children, Dr. Caroline B. Kohl (Christopher) and Jason E. Kohl; her grandchildren, Lauren Cole and Andrew Kohl; and her sisters, Dr. Joanne Liddy and Suz-ann Bernabei. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
