We are sad to announce that, on March 17, 2026 we had to say goodbye to Conchetta DeFrancesco (Havertown, Pennsylvania), born in Southwest, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Conchetta's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Conchetta's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Pepe and Rita Pepe. She is survived by: her husband Joe DeFrancesco; her daughter Melissa; her son-in-law Andy; and her grandchildren, Mikenna, Nolan and Bella. She is also survived by three children, seven grandchildren, many cousins and good friends.
