He was predeceased by: his parents, Wade Zeyer and Nancy J. Phillips; and his siblings, Wade Phillips, Jr. (late Elizabeth) and Nancy Carroll (late Thomas). He is survived by: his wife Rhoda Phillips; his daughters, Rhoda L. Gillespie (Neil J.) and Laura L. Gulla (John); and his nephews, Wade Phillips, III (Joanne) and Daniel Carroll (Lois).
