She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Antonia (Falcone) and Pellegrino B. Falcone; her husband Kent Barney; her siblings, Benjamin Falcone (Louise), Antoinette Kopko (George) and Domenic; her in-laws, Jerome and Natalie Barney; her brother-in-law Alan Barney; her great-nephew Mark Radcliffe; her great-niece Charlotte Grace Radcliffe; and her son-in-law Paul R. Mehne.
She is survived by: her children, Carol Mehne (Starner) of Havertown and Thomas Starner (Patricia) of Philadelphia; her granddaughter Meredith Mehne (Brian Yowell) of Missoula, MT; her daughter Nina Starner of Philadelphia; her great grandchildren, Noelle Sanitate and Sawyer Yowell; her sisters-in-law, Jeralie Walters, Judy Bush, Walters, Mundy and Gruber; and her cousin Anthony Caponigro of Roseto, PA. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
