She is survived by : her husband David A Cook; her children, Susie Wilkinson (Corey), Ethan Cook (Michael Rochon) and Stockton Cook (Jaci Dilks); her grandchildren, Rayna, Kylie, Emily Wilkinson and Tristan Cook; and her siblings, Stockton R. Snyder (Patty) and Merry Snyder.
