She is survived by: her children, Andrew Person (late Dottie), Christopher Person (Dee), Brian Person (Melissa), Daniel Person (Joanne), Francis Person (Krystal), Joseph Person (Liz) and Anne Marie Muldoon (Michael); and her grandchildren, Elise, Caroline, Andrew, Mary Kate, Jack, Jason, Brooke, Morgan, Lilly, Henry, Charlotte, Michael, Billie, Julius, Naomi, Miles, Isabella, Zoe, Finnegan, Katherine, Grace, Maura Person, Madeline, Joseph and Maya Muldoon.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Suzanne's memory to Youth Advocate Programs (YAP), a national nonprofit supporting youth and families through community-based services and advocacy.
