He was predeceased by: his daughter Megan Fitzgerald; his brother Joseph J. Fitzgerald; and his parents, Thomas B. Fitzgerald and Anna M. Fitzgerald. He is survived by: his wife Judith M. Fitzgerald; his daughters, Joanna and Laura Foy (Edward); and his grandchildren, Ryder and Jax Sheridan.
