She was predeceased by : her parents, Andrew Minarich and Mary Minarich (Messick); and her nephew Eugene. She is survived by : her daughters, Shirley Donovan (Douglas), Karen Blackburn and Mary Ann Conkey (John); her great grandchildren, Matthew Donovan (Sarah), Kari Anne Donovan, Ashley Blackburn Simmons (Ryan), Alexis Blackburn, Alan Jeffrey Blackburn, Drew Conkey (Colleen), Michael Conkey (Emily), Chris Conkey (Gabrielle), Xavier, Luka Donovan, Rylan, Ava Simmons, Holden, Jackson and Owen Conkey; her siblings, Kenneth of Ohio, John, Andrew, Michael, George, Ann (Jackson), Helen and Nicholas; her son-in-law Jeffrey Alan Blackburn; and her husband Jack Foster.
