He was predeceased by : his parents, Clark J. Frailey and Loretta E. Frailey; and his former life partner Diane L. Weiss. He is survived by : his daughter Coty M. Frailey (Christopher M. Williams, Jr.) of Philipsburg; his grandchildren, Thurston Z. Bowes (Rachel G. Stiles) of Philipsburg, Nova S. Bowes of Philipsburg and Aizik D. Williams of Philipsburg; and his siblings, Susan Frailey and Brock Frailey, Sr. of Florida.
