He was predeceased by : his parents, Anthony Leto and Virginia Leto (Posey); his former life partner Dolores Vannucci Leto; his daughter Phyllis Guglielmo; and his brothers, Philip Leto and Douglas Falcone.
He is survived by : his wife Patricia Ann Tafuri-Leto (Emma); his daughter Lori Leto of Franklin, NJ; his grandchildren, Jaime Lee Perez, Philip, Michael, John and Paul Calvello; his brothers, Harry Leto of Carmel, NY and Frank Falcone of Louisiana; his stepchildren, Louis Tafuri of Verona, NJ, Donna Tafuri-Roselli of Lincoln Park, NJ and Beth Ann Rossitto of Hawley; and his stepgrandchildren, Gina, Marissa, Alicia, John Louis Rossitto and Steven Tafuri. He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
