He was predeceased by: his parents, Jacob Rowe and Carrie Rowe (Rickard). He is survived by: his wife Katie M. Rowe (Eskra); his son Joseph E. Rowe (Sue) of Cherry Ridge, Honesdale; and his grandchildren, Tyler Rowe (Celeste) of Cherry Ridge, Honesdale and Lydia Rosencranse (Derek) of Prompton. He is also survived by his son, grandchildren and nephews.
