Moore, Jr. of Cherry Hill, NJ; his fiancée Desiree Fotusky of Hawley; his siblings, Alice Moore of Berlin, NJ and Eric Moore of Marlton, NJ; his granddaughter Ariel Schwartz of Hawley; his stepchildren, Sierra Curran of Waymart, PA, Sabrina Smith of Beach Lake, PA and Alexander Smith of Honesdale, PA; his siblings' children, Jessica Knight of Berlin, NJ and Dylan E. Moore of Somers Point, NJ; his aunt Donna; and his uncle Mike Lathan of Marlton, NJ..
A reception will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the American Legion Post #311 (521 Church St, Hawley, PA 18428).
