She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Matsko and Mary Matsko (Chupela); her husband Edward E. Polchin; and her sisters, Ann Bodnar, Helen Wizda, Mary Dozeskie, Dorothy Dettore and Eleanore Kostic.
She is survived by: her brothers, John, Michael, George and Vincent Matsko (Marion); her niece Mary Theresa Wizda-Yenchak (Stephen); and her sister Elizabeth. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, grand nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers donations to St Jude Children's Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
