She was predeceased by: her husband Donald E. Klevence. She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Pavlick (Robert), Valerie Flaim (Bryan) and Gretchen Michalski (Lenn); her granddaughters, Morgan Flaim and Avery Michalski; her niece Joyce Ann; and her great-niece Zayn.
