He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Fatula and Helen Fatula (Guza); his siblings, George, Joseph, Edward, Agnes Schiefer, Mary Groves, Helen Thomas and Eleanor Jengeleski; his wife Gladys Fatula (Polmounter); his sons, John (Marlene) of Mahanoy City, Michael (Ann Matusick) of Beaver Meadows and David (Lori) of Hazleton; and his grandchildren, Amanda, Sara, Megan, Gabrielle and Gabriel.
He is survived by: his sister Pauline Fairchild.
