It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathleen M. Rubasky (Hazleton, Pennsylvania), who passed away on May 18, 2025, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John A. Taylor and Sylvia M. Taylor (Boyle); her siblings, Leafy Taylor and James L. Taylor; her great grandchild Lennon Nodes; and her daughter-in-law Kimberly Rubasky.
She is survived by: her children, Sylvia Nodes (Alan) of Hazle Township and William Rubasky (Kimberly Martini) of Sugarloaf; her grandchildren, Justin Nodes, Tyler Nodes (Heather Wansik Nodes) of Fern Glen, Ashlee Rubasky of Nanticoke and Dr. Hannah Rubasky of Nanticoke; and her great grandchildren, Julian, Preston, Averie, Liam, Kylie Nodes, Ava and Braidyn Drasher. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and her loving dog.
Memorial Donation to the Hazleton Animal Shelter, P.O. Box 481, Hazleton, PA 18201 are welcomed by the family.
