She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Wojciechowski and Lottie Wojciechowski (Fendrick); and her sister Marlene Wallace. She is survived by: her husband Gerald T. Piacenti, Sr.; her children, Deborah Vito (Louis), Sherry Petruzzi, Lisa Smith (Richard Sr.), Nesquehoning and Gerald T. Piacenti, Jr.; and her sister Sandra Ciotola (Joseph). She is also survived by nine grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
