He is survived by: his parents, Ronald Werner of Rush Township and Mary Ellen Werner (Titus) of Rush Township; his wife Amy Werner (Bleiler); his children, Brittney Werner and Ross Werner, Jr.; and his sister Melissa Clapper (Terry) of Martinsburg.
