He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Lebo and Margaret Seibert Lebo; and his brothers, John, Dennis and Barry Lebo.
He is survived by: his sons, Cory Lebo and Ronald Lebo; his grandson Chase Lebo; and his sister Betty Smeltz (Gene). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
