He is survived by: his parents, Claus M. Wiest and Joanna Wiest (Troutman); his wife Rini A. Wiest (Lettich); his children, Dr. Logan A. Wiest (Katie), Kendra A. Wiest (Edgar A. Trevino) and Alaina A. Ace (Andrew); his grandchildren, Cartie, Wayne, Charlie, George Wiest, Savannah and Wynter Ace; and his sister Wendy Klinger (Tim). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
