He was predeceased by: his father Wasyl Charles Chase; and his brother Michael. He is survived by: his mother Alice Levinia Wallace (Barwick); his children, Tamra Lee Chase (Gene William Sung) of Cheltenham and Grant Michael Chase of Hellertown; his brothers, Stephen Charles of Bethlehem and Jeffery Wasyl (Susan) of Allentown; and his half-siblings, Darlene Chase of Bethlehem and Harold Longenbach of Bethlehem.
