She was predeceased by : her husband Maynard H. Underkoffler; her parents, Elmer M. Derr and Annie M. Derr (Snyder); and her grandson Chad Underkoffler. She is survived by : her children, Cheryl M. Ruyak of Center Valley and Denis A. Underkoffler (Denise L.) of Center Valley; her grandchildren, Craig, Christopher, Todd Ruyak and Abby Diaz; and her great grandchildren, Calvin, Josie, Trent, Delaney, Zachary Ruyak, Guinevere Underkoffler, Monroe and Maizey Diaz.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Catherine's name to First United Church of Christ Memorial Fund care of 501 Northampton St. Hellertown, PA 18055.
