He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E., Sr. and Eleanor Bartolet (Holtzman); and his brother Dr. Terry Lee Bartolet. He is survived by: his wife Rita Bartolet (Roseman); his sibling's children, Lora Levin (Jared), Daniel Bartolet (Tammy) and Terry A. Bartolet; his great-niece Isabel Levin; and his great-nephews, Peter Levin and Daniel Bartolet, Jr..
