Smith (Schantz); his parents, Fannie Smith (McAllister) and Sheldon Smith; his stepdaughters, Michelle Mungcal (Roger) of Bethlehem and Sherry Mest of Bethlehem; and his brothers, James (Melanie) of Kunkletown and Paul of Breinigsville.
