She was predeceased by: her father George Blair; her father-in-law William Kotze; her sister Gayle Stofanak; and her brother-in-law Jerome Lucido. She is survived by: her mother Alberta "Sue" Blair (Siegfried); her husband David J. Kotze; her children, Stacy Roy (Thomas) of Farmington, CT, Matthew Kotze (Carly Zeller) of Schnecksville and Jason Kotze (Amanda Robbins) of Macungie; her grandchildren, Tristan, Georgia, Aidan and Avery; her nieces, Chris, Erica, Elizabeth, Samantha and Amanda; her nephew Michael; her siblings-in-law, Steven Stofanak, Michael Kotze (Lori) and Bonnie Lucido; her mother-in-law Geneva "Bonnie" Kotze; and her uncle Harry Longenbach of Nazareth. She is also survived by many grandnieces and grandnephews and cousins.
