He was predeceased by: his parents, Maynard J. Peffer and Gladys D.; and his grandparents, Maynard and Jessie Peffer. He is survived by: his wife Deborah A. Peffer (Mahr); his brother David J. Peffer of Hellertown; and his aunts, Gracyee Mikolajczyk of Hellertown and Barbara Stackhouse of Coopersburg. He is also survived by nieces and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Doug's name to Parkinson's Research.
