With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Helen J. Butera of Hellertown, Pennsylvania, born in Old Forge, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 14, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Copparoni and Rosa Panfili Copparoni; her husband James; and her sister Laura Shafer (Copparoni). She is survived by: her sons, Joseph (Corinne) of Charlotte, NC, James (Cheryl) and Paul (Carolyn) of Hellertown, PA; and her grandchildren, Michael Butera, Lisa Born, Carla Kroh, Julie Lunich, Christopher Butera, Jim D. Butera, Jeffrey Butera, Isabella Butera and Paul J. Butera.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Helen's name, to the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, or the charity of your choice.
